This is a series of revelations given to the Whitmer brothers: David, John, and Peter, Jr.; at their home in Fayette, New York. The revelations address specific ways that they can fulfill the commandments the Lord has given them in the early days of the restoration.

Under what conditions did the Lord say he would be with John Whitmer as he proclaimed the gospel? How does this principle apply to missionaries today?
